Hi everyone! I'm Purkinje, aka Purkinje90 from kickass, aka The Interloper from spill.
I'm sad to see spill go, but I'm actually happy for Korey for the chance to reinvent himself and become more independent. It's going to be a rough few months, maybe even a year, but in the end, I think it's for the best.
Now go seed my archives!
...Please? Pretty pleeeease?

Hi my name is Stu; conveniently enough, it was also my username on Spill. I'm from South Australia (oh, such imaginative names for our states!). I started listening on a daily basis at work in 2007, while I was living in Japan; it was the well deserved bashing of 'The Love Guru' that got me hooked and from there, l listened to every spill review I could find.
My most notable activity on he site was back in 2009 when I used 3DS Max and After Effects to create a very short animated sequence with CoHost 3000 being outraged: "you think this breakfast is big time?!!!". The audio was from the '88 Minutes' review in which CoHost was more Al Pacino than robot. CoHost saw my sequence and was kind enough to give me kudos on LDT.
I read stories of people coming of age while spill was active and them being active participants - my story is no different: I started listening to be site as a bachelor in my late twenties, and now I'm 36 and married with two kids - and all the while the spill crew was there as our satirists, commentators, companions and ultimately friends, even if we never met.

Hey all, finally registered on here. I'm DHood90 from Spill, discovered them in the summer of 2011 and been with the community since then. Not big on the introductions.
I also am a intern writer for Rage Select under my real name (it's obvious what it is).

It's so nice to have this board. So, about myself: I'm probably the oldest spillio at 53 but humor knows no age and I've loved listening to the guys' podcasts after a hard day so I could close the day with a light heart and head. I don't know when I found the site but for certain I've been a spillio for two years at the least. I can't wait for Korey's new project to get under way and I'll be supporting it and spreading the word around as I did Spill. Hollywood.com could have given them and us the courtesy of keeping Spill until the end of the year so the guys could have had a proper send off. Just cutting them like that was cold.

Hey everyone! I was a spillio since 2010, but only became really active in the sidebar of the site in 2013. It's sad that spill is gone, but there is a whole future ahead of us, and I think it's a very bright one. The fact that this place exists and that it's relatively active says alot about the spill community, we will rise again!

Hey there. I was Adam L on spill.com. I wasn't very active and only joined sometime in october, but I've been following and supporting spill since 2010. My first review I saw was their yogi bear review and I have been watching them ever since. I am hoping to become a more active member in the community once the new site rolls around, but for now I'll try to stay as active as I can on here.

I must admit that for the last year or so of spill's life I treated her like a diseased relative and stayed away, It had lost it's appeal and become burdened with a lot of mundane chatter. The banter that used to draw me back all those years waa crippled and weak. So here's hoping that this little skeleton crew can somehow bring back to life what I loved about spill.

I didn't even know they were planning shutting the site down, I tried to visit spill a few days ago and found out. Luckily Woosp told me bout here as I must admit that life without your good self and the Right Honourable Lab Rat and so on would have been dull. So happy consumerism day one and all and all the best for the new year \../

Hello. I was steven cowie on Spill. As I see someone already has that name here, I have chosen a different moniker. Which reflects my love of Lovecraft, if nothing else. Was alerted to the death of Spill by my last visit and Fufkin.

Hi all I'm Rob l or RobL. i found spill in early to mid 08, when i was browsing the web for a site to illegally stream movies. i watched the reviews and then started in on the acoco listened to the full back log and rode it out. I did not make a profile till the second or third lets do this, when i wanted to ask a question about the then upcoming the day the earth stood still. kept listening always popped in and out of the "fringes" of the community. i have mostly down loaded the pod cast and such off iTunes and not spill. I was saving up money for the second spill.con and fell just $200 short of my minimum to go. wish i had just winged it. any how im rambling here. peace out ill be on here.

Hello again everyone! I am the Projectionist, member of Spill since 2009. I stumbled upon Spill through YouTube where I had been watching a few other critics and their videos. I remember the first video I watched involving the Spill crew was the infamous Lion King rant from Carlyle, and shortly afterwards I listened to my first LEOG episode detailing the Blackest Night. Since then, I've done my best to pay homage to Spill in my own way with three short films for the SpillDotCon film festival.
I'm glad to see so many Spillios have found their way here, and hopefully we can continue to find more! Take care!

Hi, I've been a Spillio since 08/09. Somewhere around there, can't remember as much. I chatted with a few of you over the years, but mostly stuck to the Walmart Greeter shit, and said hello to all the newbies as they entered. I have enjoyed some of you, hated some, and also annoyed a few myself I am sure. I am sure I will see some of you around.

Better late than never, I suppose... Jung is the name, and self-loathing is my game. I also enjoy indulging in the instantly gratifying acts of self-doubt, self-deprecation and krayaking. However, you fine folks may remember me (unlikely) by one of the five or so (six?) different usernames that I chose to brandish over the course of my lifespan as a Spilldo. This current example is simply a composite of the three that I clung to for more than thirty-six hours at a go. I became aware of Spill through their spewtube page. That was back in the spring of 2008. I joined the site in earnest July of that same year. Since that time, I have come to know and love many wonderfully funny, intelligent and charismatic people among the ranks of its membership. Most of whom have found their way here, while others unfortunately have not. It was they, more than anything else, that kept me coming back to the site on a near-daily basis. Beyond that, I look forward to reattaining as much of the old forum's sense of incestuous interaction as possible. And perhaps I'll luck in to some new acquantances along the way. Here's to the lot of you, you stupid hunks.
