EDIT: Grinding in Juon to level 40+ and not halfway done with part 1 yet. Acquired Big Guard, Beta, and White Wind: I've ensured my victories.

Been playing Assassin's Creed IV on PC; would like some people to play Wolfpack with, if anybody is interested.

Hot fucking damn, the Wii library is delicious. Say what you will about all the shovelware but there's a lot of gems in here.
Been playing Sengoku Basara, Trauma Team, Muramasa, and several other party games. Couch co-op is fun.

Currently playing Zone of The Enders HD Collection. I played the second when it came out and loved it so I thought I'd revisit them. Just beat the first one, and boy was Jehuty lame in comparison to how it is in 2nd Runner. I love the names in this series, Leo Stenbuck, Dingo Egret, Thunderheart, etc. I've also always loved that the cockpits to the mechs are literally big spiky robo dicks. Just knowing that I'm inside Jehuty's big metal peen while I dish out laser blasts and sword swings makes me all giddy. Marry me Hideo.

Madden NFL 2013 and NBA 2k14( various sport games). Going through this forum I can see that these are very popular genres round these parts.

I've been playing through Tales of Xillia for the first time.
Just when I was starting to warm up to this entry's pretty lackluster characters, they went and introduced fucking Teepo.
He's like every cliche I hate balled up into one disgusting entity. I almost turned the fucking game off.
(Start at 21:37 if the embed doesn't load properly.)
As if dealing with Milla "The Mary Sue" Maxwell wasn't enough, they go and throw in a character like this. Worst of all, one of the game's first major side quests completely revolves around him. At least Tales of the Abyss had a relatively decent cast before pulling this kind of crap.
The combat and leveling system is really good though, and I already paid for the game, so I guess I'll have to slog through...

Just started Hollywood Movie Studio; last night, I signed Clint Eastwood to direct an erotic thriller, for which he won the game's equivalent of an Oscar. Made me smile, because I don't think he'd ever direct one irl.

Replaying and making my way through Majora's Mask and after almost 14 years since I last revisited this game (fully), it's like I'm playing it new all over again as I don't recall shit about acquiring most of the shit in this game.
EDIT: Just finished it. One word can accurately describe the emotions right now: rapture.

Got a chance to play some Max Payne 3. Gameplay is pretty solid, it's visceral, it's fast, it feels smooth, weapons have weight to them, the slow-mo is awesome, buuuut... Bullet time doesn't last for shit, your health drains really fast and ammo/painkillers are scarce. The fast paced action that made the previous games extremely satisfying is gone and you're forced to take cover at times. And Jesus fuck at those cutscenes, can we have more than 1 minute of gameplay that isn't completely interrupted? Not to mention R* really hates you if you take your time to look for bullets and/or explore the level because within less than 30 seconds of beating the bad guys in a section Max will annoy you by saying that he can't wait to get to the next fucking cutscene. Seriously, how much hand-holding do we need for a LINEAR game? PS. We already watched Man on Fire, R*, we don't need to watch it again.

I've finally gotten around to playing Fallout New Vegas, really wish Fallout 4 would be here soon. I also got Braid earlier since it's Steam's weekend sale for 2 bucks, and honestly that's as much as I'd pay for it. Game is incredibly short and relies on tough puzzles to make you play longer.

For New Vegas I highly recommend Gopher on Youtube (just look up Gopher and either New Vegas or Skyrim and he'll come up) - if there is anything keeping me from New Vegas it's the promise of Fallout 4 sooner or later and that I can't afford to get caught up in another modding endeavor like that ha ha! Speaking of which, I'm just going over everything with my Skyrim mod list (it's better to have that all sorted out and just play it rather than try to figure things out later if you can avoid it). I'm thinking my first character will be an ode of sorts to the first character I made in Morrowind - a multi-skilled, slightly morally ambiguous Orc Knight named Wyre.

For those playing New Vegas but haven't played previous Fallout games, I cannot recommend Fallout 1 & 2 enough. While Fallout NV certainly feels like a Fallout game, it still lacks some of the charm of the originals, and those who haven't tried the original out to seek them out and give them a go, because they're fantastic.
